Pedagogy of the music unit
The music unit at isdaT trains artists, performers and musician teachers, by developing their singularities thanks to what the establishment offers them: a dynamic learning space, promoting transversality, with dedicated, competent supervisory teams and advice.
Instrumental or vocal improvement, chamber music and collective practices are combined with theoretical lessons given by professors from our partner university. Professional scenarios, artistic projects, workshops and internships are offered to students in order to allow them to orient themselves and their practice in the current cultural and artistic environment. The music departed is registered as a regional programme thanks to partnerships with cultural institutions, which give students the opportunity to develop their professional skills with renowned artists. The implementation of research projects (conferences, study days, seminars), production and distribution (shows, concerts, etc.) in and outside the city walls in partnership with numerous artistic and cultural venues as well as international mobility allow students the essential openness for occupational integration.
