Students at the isdaT can benefit from various support services and assistance schemes designed to accompany them throughout their studies. These schemes aim to facilitate access to information, support administrative procedures, and provide financial, social, or other types of assistance depending on individual circumstances.

Health and Prevention Center — Concorde (Maison de Santé et de Prévention de la Concorde)

In the framework of a partnership with Maison de Santé et de Prévention de la Concorde, students under 25 years old enrolled at isdaT can benefit from free health check-ups, as well as support and guidance, and if necessary, referral to appropriate services based on identified needs.

These health check-ups are provided by the Maison de Santé et de Prévention de la Concorde and carried out by Mr. Olivier Sillas or Ms. Delphine Marti, healthcare professionals, during individual appointments with student.

Students are invited to either go directly to the Maison de Santé et de Prévention de la Concorde or book an appointment on their own initiative via the Doctolib platform with Mr Olivier Sillas, selecting the reason “Preventive health check-up (ages 18-25)”.ts.

Additional follow-up care:
In addition to the initial assessment, the MSP Concorde now offers a follow-up care pathway that may include up to four additional consultations, providing ongoing, long-term support.

No upfront payment is required. Students simply need to bring their Social Security number, their Carte Vitale, and, if possible, their health record booklet.
Confidentiality:
No information regarding a student’s health status will be shared with the educational institution.


CSO Ramonville Saint-Agne — Osteopathy

A partnership has been established between isdaT and the Higher Institute of Osteopathy (Conservatoire Supérieur d’Ostéopathie) to offer consultations to all students across the five departments at a reduced rate of €10, upon presentation of a student ID card.

Consultations are carried out by 4th– and 5th-year osteopathy students, under the supervision of an experienced osteopath (D.O.) who is also a member of the teaching staff at the institution.

Cnaé (National Coordination for Student Support)

A professional helpline dedicated to students’ well-being, available during the day.

The CNAÉ (Coordination nationale d’accompagnement des étudiant·es) supports students facing personal, psychological, or social difficulties. Operated by the association “En Avant Toutes”, it provides a free, confidential, and professional listening service.

Psychologists and social workers are available to answer questions, listen with care, and, if necessary, refer students to appropriate support services. Free and confidential helpline.

Santé Psy Étudiant

National psychological support program for students.

The “Santé Psy Étudiant” scheme is designed for all students in higher education. What it offers:

  • Up to 12 free psychological sessions,
  • No upfront payment required,
  • Accessible to all students,
  • Direct access to appointments with a partner private-practice psychologist.

Mon Soutien Psy – National psychological support scheme

This program allows anyone, including students, to consult a psychologist contracted with the French Health Insurance (Assurance Maladie) for support with mild to moderate psychological distress (such as anxiety, stress, or depression).

What the program offers:
Up to 12 reimbursed sessions per calendar year with a partner psychologist
Each session is priced at €50, with no possibility of extra charges
Reimbursement at 60% by the French Health Insurance system
Easy and direct access to a psychologist, without a medical prescription required
Consultations with qualified and contracted psychologists
Direct booking via an online directory or referral by a healthcare professional ensuring quality and confidentiality
Suitable for adolescents, adults, and students, with personalized follow-up depending on needs

Cnaé (National Student Support Coordination) — Violence reporting platform

The Cnaé (Coordination nationale d’accompagnement des étudiant·es) also provides a listening and reporting platform for situations that may constitute a criminal offence, including discrimination, harassment, sexist and sexual violence.

By calling or emailing the CNAÉ, students receive step-by-step support in reporting the situation to their institution and, if desired, in initiating legal proceedings.

CVEC (Student and Campus Life Contribution) — isdaT

The CVEC (Contribution de Vie Étudiante et de Campus) is a mandatory national fee aimed at improving students’ living conditions.

The funds collected by isdaT are intended to support actions and assistance that directly improve students’ living and study conditions by providing direct financial aid to students experiencing temporary material difficulties, in order to help cover essential expenses such as health expenses, food, housing, energy costs, hygiene products…

Eligibility criteria

  • Be a student enrolled at isdaT for the current academic year.
  • Applications must be made strictly on a personal basis: all supporting documents must be issued in the student’s name and surname and dated within the last 3 months.
  • Assistance is granted subject to income conditions.

Procedures

  • 2 to 3 committees per calendar year review individual applications.
  • A request form must be completed and submitted along with the required supporting documents.

The start of the academic year (August-September-October) is a period of high pressure on the student housing market in Toulouse, both in student residences and private rentals. It is therefore essential to plan ahead and prepare an appropriate budget. For international students, these procedures can be completed as soon as the visa is obtained.

Student Food Assistance

CROUS €1 Meal

The €1 meal scheme will be maintained for the 2026–2027 academic year for all higher education students, both scholarship holders and non-scholarship holders. Introduced in 2020, this government-supported measure aims to protect students’ purchasing power, particularly those with the lowest incomes. Le Rayon 31

A network of two social and solidarity grocery stores created to support students and young people facing financial difficulties in Toulouse and its surrounding area. This initiative is led by the Banque Alimentaire de Toulouse et sa région.

This program is part of the national “Le Rayon” network, which establishes solidarity grocery stores to combat food insecurity among young people. Objective: Ensure that young people in precarious situations have access to balanced and varied food at very low prices, in a welcoming and non-stigmatizing environment, with a wide selection of food, hygiene, and household products.

Le Petit Sab’lé is a social and solidarity grocery store for students facing financial difficulties. It offers food products (including fresh items such as fruit and vegetables) as well as hygiene products at heavily reduced prices (around 20% of the usual cost). It also serves as a welcoming space for interaction and exchange between students.
