Digital photography laboratory
A place for exploration, reflection, research and exchange, this laboratory is an immersive space for the photographic image and allows students to create the “perfect” image.
It is open to all students of art, design and graphic design from year 2, who wish to work on digital images. Creations and ideas are what guide students through their technical education provided in connection with professors’ course projects.
Students assert their choices and points of view through learning how to use digital tools. They are trained in all stages of the digital chain: choice of photographic equipment and technique, digitisation of documents and transparencies, selection and classification of images (Bridge), retouching and colour grading (Camera Raw, Photoshop ), image preparation for large format prints and choice of printing surfaces, layout/hanging.
