\n

Cr\u00e9ez un syst\u00e8me visuel compos\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments, de modules, de formes et de slogans pour cr\u00e9er des pochoirs, variant en \u00e9chelle et en utilisation.\u00a0Allez ensuite r\u00e9aliser des compositions de pochoirs \u00e0 la bombe de peinture dans des lieux publics ou priv\u00e9s, avec en t\u00eate l\u2019id\u00e9e que l\u2019intervention doit faire sens selon le support et le lieu.
\nCet atelier d\u00e9butera par un atelier d\u2019\u00e9criture politique et po\u00e9tique et se poursuivra par une performance, l\u2019ensemble du processus devra \u00eatre document\u00e9 afin d\u2019\u00eatre pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 lors des Journ\u00e9es Portes Ouvertes de l\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n

Create a visual system of elements consisting of sentences, modules, visual shapes and slogans to make stencils, varying in scale and in usage.\u00a0Then go and make compositions with the family of stencils with spray paint in public or private places, with the idea in mind that the intervention must make sense depending on the medium and the place.
\nThis workshop will begin with a political and poetic writing workshop and will continue with a performance, the whole process must be documented in order to be presented during the school\u2019s Open Days.<\/p>\n

Le workshop sera anim\u00e9 conjointement par La Furieuse Company, Jo\u00e3o Castro et Rafael Gon\u00e7alves, designers portugais, en fran\u00e7ais, anglais et portugais.

La Furieuse Company<\/strong>
\nNous sommes La Furieuse Company<\/a>, un collectif, nous \u00e9crivons,\u00a0d\u00e9tournons, utilisons des phrases, des slogans, des sommations pour en faire des pochoirs. Depuis notre rencontre en mars 2016 Place de la R\u00e9publique \u00e0 Paris lors du mouvement Nuit Debout, notre pratique a \u00e9volu\u00e9, nos slogans ne s’\u00e9talent plus uniquement sur les murs et les trottoirs mais aussi sur tous types de supports, assiettes, canevas, carrosseries, v\u00eatements\u2026 Toujours engag\u00e9s et impertinents, il y en a plus de 600.<\/p>\n

Loin d\u2019un street-art accultur\u00e9, nos pochoirs ont cess\u00e9 de s\u2019abriter sous la d\u00e9sormais obsol\u00e8te autonomie de l\u2019\u0153uvre d\u2019art, pour r\u00e9investir l\u2019espace public et nous rappeler aux joies du langage et de la sociabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n

L\u2019espace public serait le lieu d\u2019un acte et plus seulement celui de nos transits. On s\u2019y arr\u00eaterait, un instant au moins, passant d\u2019usager \u00e0 habitant. Ce serait un espace de libert\u00e9, il suffirait de r\u00e9pliquer et le bel ordonnancement (pouvoir \u2013 capital \u2013 commerce) en serait tout chamboul\u00e9 : je fais ce que je veux.
\nFureter sur les places, y trouver pour l\u2019expression un moment qui apporte une dimension in\u00e9dite au lieu.

Jo\u00e3o Castro<\/strong>
\nJo\u00e3o Castro is the head of The Royal Studio: a collaborative and derivative approach that challenges the performative and literary practice of design, instrumentalizing it as an artis-tic discourse. It often operates between the boundaries of identity, culture, and authorship in media arts and communication design. Insects have always been attracted to the light. It is yet to be designed an object that does anything other than to shape society. The Royal designs with words other than graphism, poems other than strategy, and builds to allow a world that is designed as a consequence. Experience and performantive-driven, it is an artistic entity pushing within the creative boundaries of design. Jo\u00e3o also teaches at ESAD Arts + Design University of Arts + Design Matosinhos. His decade-long work is focused on artistic-driven research practices and identity in cultural fields that range from editorial design to music campaigns, visual identities, spatial design, visual identities for festivals, installations and exhibitions. Nurtures a polyhedric vision to grow and expand the mar-ket-driven limits of the design practice.<\/p>\n

Rafael Gon\u00e7alves<\/strong>
\nRafael Gon\u00e7alves explores the intersection of Digital Media and Graphic Design as a practice and attitude. Through Human-Computer Interaction, UI\/UX Design, Web Deve-lopment, and Creative Coding, Rafael uses technology at the service of communication. Working mainly with culture and for culture, he gives voice, presence, and diversity to mul-tiple actors in society. From independent artists to large institutions, some of the projects he developed are: Porto Design Biennale Website 2019 and 2021, The Archive of Vibrant Matter, Casa do Design Website, Espa\u00e7o \u00d3cio Website, Porto Design Summer School, Hands-on Type, and more.
\nHas an information-driven practice, the need to understand the real world is the biggest motivation, the cycle of questioning – learning – making motivates a bidirectional exchange of the relationship learning – teaching. Rafael teaches Digital Media Design and Interface Development and co-coordinates the Post Graduate Course “Information-Driven Design” at ESAD Arts + Design in Matosinhos.
