En collaboration \u00e9troite avec l\u2019institut sup\u00e9rieur des arts de Toulouse, il initie en 2016 <i>Le Choix du Printemps<\/i>, qui distingue un\u00b7e artiste r\u00e9cemment dipl\u00f4m\u00e9\u00b7e.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le travail d\u2019Hugo Bel s\u2019inscrit dans le champ de la sculpture et de l\u2019installation. Il cr\u00e9e des formes d\u2019une grande finesse, le plus souvent en pl\u00e2tre, en dialogue \u00e9troit avec leur lieu de monstration. \u00c9ph\u00e9m\u00e8res et fragile, ces sculptures laissent passer l\u2019air et la lumi\u00e8re et paraissent presque en apesanteur.
